The free BIMX app from Graphisoft allows a 3D building to be viewed that was made from an Archicad
file. This app can be installed on Desktops, Laptops, Smart Phones,
Tablets and other similar devices.
After the app is installed on a Desktop or Laptop, open the app. It may appear in full screen mode.
Pressing "Esc" should minimize the screen some and show menu option. Click on "Open", then find and
select the BIMX file to load (the file has an extension of BIMX. Example: ThisHouse.bimx).
After loading the BIMX file, "Esc" can be used to toggle between Full Screen and the smaller screen
with menu options.
After downloading and installing the BIMX app on a Desktop, Labtop, Smart Phone or Tablet, the 3D building
can be viewed using the following navigation controls:
DESKTOP/LAPTOP Controls

Arrow keys: move forward, backward or sideways (navigates slowly)

Page Up/Down key: moves up or down in elevevation (navigates slowly)

(Navigate a little fast): click Ctrl + one of the previously mentioned keys

(Navigate even faster): click Shift + one of the previously mentioned keys

(Navigate really fast): click Ctrl + Shift + one of the previously mentioned keys
SMART PHONE / TABLET Controls:

Use a single finger to rotate.

2 fingers (pulling apart) to move forward
-
2 fingers (pulling together) to move backward
-
If an object is pressed with the finger (such as a door), a little pop-up
menu should come up with options for navigation.
